A multi bio-signal wireless monitoring system is provided to simplify a structure of a transmitting-side stethoscope and a receiving-side stethoscope by using a FM frequency of a single channel as a carrier wave. A transmitting-side wireless stethoscope(100) includes a sound collector, a body temperature sensor, an oscillating part, an A/D converter, and a synthetic modulation part. The sound collector generates a sound signal or a pulse signal. The body temperature sensor obtains body temperature information. The oscillating part generates an analog body temperature signal. The A/D converter converts the analog body temperature signal into a digital body temperature signal. The synthetic modulation part generates a synthetic signal after synthesizing the sound signal or the pulse signal, and the digital body temperature signal. A receiving-side wireless stethoscope(200) divides the synthetic signal received from the transmitting-side wireless stethoscope into a sound signal, a pulse signal, and a body temperature signal. The receiving-side wireless stethoscope outputs the sound signal as a sound. The receiving-side wireless stethoscope outputs the temperature signal and the pulse signal as a number.
