A new attack pattern generation, a distribution system and a method thereof for using profile violation log data of a web service request violating the profile regulation are provided to increase the security and reduce the error detection of the web protective device by automatically distributing the new attack pattern. A log collector(110) collects profile violation log data. The profile violation log data is generated about a web service request violating the profile regulation. A pattern generator(150) produces the new offense pattern by using the collected above profile half log data. A pattern distributor(190) distributes the new offense pattern to the web protective device.
