A pressure controller for a fuel system of a vehicle is provided to eject fuel linearly because an inlet port and an outlet port formed in a housing and a cap is maintained on a straight line. A pressure controller for a fuel system of a vehicle comprises a housing(50) wherein a fuel inlet(50a) is formed in one side thereof and a valve seat(52) is formed in the inside thereof, a valve member(60) which is positioned in the valve seat of the housing and opens and closes the valve seat with the pressure of the fuel, a film-shaped disk member(70) which fastens the valve member on the housing and comprises a fuel hole(70a) in which the fuel passes, an one side fastening unit which fastens one side of the disk member to the valve member, an other side fastening unit which fastens the other side of the disk member to the housing, an elastic member(80) which supports the disk member and provides prestressing to the disk member, and a cap(90) which faces to the inlet port of the housing and comprises an outlet(90a) which the fuel flows out.
