A cosmetics case manufacturing device is provided to reduce the number of processes by forming oblique patterns at the same time as shaping a work piece and to improve productivity by preventing loss of materials. A cosmetics case manufacturing device(1) includes an impact extruding mold(A) consisting of a die(10) and a punch(30). The die has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of a work piece and includes unevenness forming lines(15) which are protruded or recessed at regular intervals on an inside surface(11) in order to shape the outside surface of the work piece. The punch vertically ascends and descends directly over the die and has a pressing end corresponding to the inside surface of the work piece.
