A cosmetic composition containing a lipid capsule having ultraviolet absorber and protector is provided to improve the stability to the heat and light of the composition and suppress the coagulation of the particle. A cosmetic composition comprises a lipid capsule having an ultraviolet absorber or protector. The diameter of the lipid capsule is 10nm-5mm. The ultraviolet absorber is a cinnamater derivative containing octyl methoxycinnamate and isoamyl-p-methoxycinnamate, salicylic acid derivative containing butylmethoxy dibenzoylmethane, bis-ethylhexyloxyl phenolmethoxy phenyl triazine, and octyl salicylate, and benzophenones. The ultraviolet protector is ZnO (zinc oxide), TiO2 (titanium dioxide), silicate or talc. The lipid which is used in producing the lipid capsule is a higher alcohol containing behenyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, cetostearylalcohol, and bathyl alcohol, fatty acid containing stearic acid, palmitic acid, and myristic acid, and lipid peptide containing lecithin, and cerebroside.
