A metal layered cylinder head gasket is provided to form restrainer of metal plate using protrusion. A metal layered cylinder head gasket is as follows In a plurality of locations corresponding to a coolant jacket(8) of a cylinder block in the laminated metal plates(1~4), a misalignment preventive unit(10) which suppresses mismatch of junction of the metal plate laminated is formed. In the misalignment preventive unit, a pair of cut surfaces are formed in the location corresponding to of each metal plate. A bridging portion(13) between the cut surfaces is bulged in the mountain shape from each metal panel surface.
