A training device is provided, in which the manufacture and repair are facilitated and the structure of the whole training device can be simplified. A training device comprises: a seat(190) in which a user takes a seat; a supporting device(110) which supports the seat and in which the height is changed according to the width change; and a drive unit(120) moving the seat up and down by changing the width of the supporting apparatus. The supporting device supports the seat upward against the frame and changes the height according to the change of the width. The supporting device comprises the first connector(140) and the second connector(150). The first fixing part(161) and the second fixing part(162) are fixed to the fixing member.
