The invention relates to a process for preparing metal/carbon and metal/zeolite composition, meant to eliminate the noxious agents from the smoke gases discharged through the flues of installations burning solid, liquid and gaseous fuels. According to the invention, the process consists in impregnating the raw material selected from activated carbon AD-3, carbon molecular sieve, zeolite molecular sieve 5A, and zeolite molecular sieve 13X, having a granulation ranging from 1.2 to 6 mm, is impregnated with an alcoholic solution of a copper or nickel salt for 16 h, the decomposing of the copper or nickel salt with instrument air for 14 h at 350A C there takes place, after settling, filtering and drying for 2 h at 80A C, followed by the inertization with nitrogen stream, by the reduction of copper and nickel oxide with hydrogen for 6 h at 250A C, and cooling down to the ambient temperature, there resulting Co/carbon, Ni/carbon, co/zeolite or Ni/zeolite composites depending of the used raw material.
|
