A manometer is provided to measure voltage, static pressure and dynamic pressure by using the single manometer instead of using different manometers per purpose. A manometer(100) includes a pressure measuring part(111), a pressure measuring probe(113), a pair of connection pipes(112a,112b) and a pair of three-way valves(114a,114b). The pressure measuring part has a U-shaped pipe receiving liquid inside. The pressure measuring probe has first and second pressure measuring probes(113a,113b), wherein the first one has an opening positioned in the opposite direction from the flow direction of a subject to measure and the other one has an opening positioned in the flow direction of the subject to measure. The connection pipes connect the pressure measuring part to the pressure measuring probe. The three-way valves carry out connection or disconnection between the pressure measuring probe and the connection pipes.
