A portable terminal is provided to be produced in slim by shielding electromagnetic waves of plural PCBs(Printed Circuit Boards) in one frame. Plural PCBs(220,230) are installed inside a case, and a PCB shield can is mounted at the plural PCB. A shield frame(240) is arranged between plural PCBs, and forms a frame shield can which is male or female-coupled to the PCB shield can. The shield frame includes: a shield can(244) which is female or male-coupled to one of the plural PCBs; and a shield can(246) which is female or male-coupled to the PCB shield can.
