An interlocking device for tool exchange and door operation in ATC for a machine tool is provided to increase the speed for exchanging tools of an ATC arm and to improve operating stability by making the rotation and reciprocating motion of an ATC arm and the reciprocating motion of an ATC door with the same driving source. An interlocking device for tool exchange and door operation in ATC for a machine tool provided with an ATC arm and an ATC door comprises a servo motor(10), a rotary shaft(20), a cam(30) provided with first, second and third cam curves(30-1,30-3), an ATC arm feed shaft(40) transmitting the rotational motion and the reciprocating motion converted from the rotational motion of the cam to the ATC arm by the first and second cam curves, a cam follower portion provided with a cam follower for an ATC door engaged with the third cam curve to convert the rotational motion of the cam into a reciprocating motion, a rack portion connected to one end of the cam follower portion by a link to make a rectilinear motion, a pinion portion(70) converting the rectilinear motion of the rack portion into a rotational motion, and a link portion(80) converting the rotational motion of the pinion portion into a reciprocating motion and transmitting to the ATC door.
