A control channel mapping method of a terminal in a mobile communication system is provided to use other control channels efficiently and to improve the efficiency of an ACK channel. A terminal generates an encoded bit through channel encoding of information bit such as downlink channel information or acknowledgement signal, etc(S710). A terminal generates symbols by modulating encoded bits(S720). A terminal generates a spreading code as to length(S730), and maps the generated spreading signal to the correspondent region of each tile(S740).
