A hinge device of a portable terminal having folding and swivel functions is provided to enable a user to see vertical view in a horizontal view direction by swiveling a folder from a main body direction to an upper direction. A folding bracket(320) is fixed to a second body, and a first clutch unit(330) applies a braking force to a folding bracket below 180° or in a state that the folding bracket is not rotated in the folding direction. A folding shaft(340) is inserted into a horizontal direction of a housing(310) through the first clutch unit. A swivel shaft(350) is inserted into the housing in a slant direction.
