A photo-polymerizable monomer containing an unsaturated double bond and an epoxy group is provided to ensure excellent mechanical strength by realizing high polymerization efficiency by heat or light. A photo-polymerizable monomer containing an unsaturated double bond and an epoxy group is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is H or CH3; R2 is C1-20 alkylene group; R3 is C1-20 alkyl group, C1-20 alkyleneoxy group or aromatic ring, wherein the aromatic ring is a bisphenol alkylene group, bisphenolether group, and bisphenol S; R4 is C1-20 alkylene group and C2-20 alkyleneoxy alkyl group; X is O or S; Y and Z are O, S, O-C=O or S-C=O; L is an integer of 0 or 1-30; M and N are an integer of 1-3; and q is an integer of 0 or 1-30.
