A system and a method for providing an IP Centrex based call center service and a method for preparing the service are provided to supply a call center service to plural companies by providing a call to an IP phone of a selected consultant. An IP based switch(110) processes and distributes a call from the outside, and a CTI(Computer and Telephony Integration) server(130) stores the registration information of a consultant who is registered through grouping for each provider, and selects a consultant, who is supposed to connect a call from the outside, according to registration information. The IP based switch transmits the call to an IP phone of the selected consultant. |
