摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced synthetic-fiber-made wire-like material that does not cause dripping during thermal processing and has excellent physical properties and a member using the same.

SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced synthetic-fiber-made wire-like material is a fiber-reinforced synthetic fiber-made wire-like material obtained by impregnating filaments 11 with an uncured thermosetting resin 12 and thermally curing a wire-like material intermediate composed of a thermoplastic resin 13 covering the outer periphery of the filaments. Since a thickener and a penetration thickener are added to the uncured thermosetting resin, the dripping of a thermosetting resin in an uncured state occurring in thermal curing treatment is prevented. The thickener and the penetration thickener are composed of a resin comprising at least any of an acrylate-based compound, a methacrylate-based compound and a vinyl compound as a polymerization unit.
