<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste coating device capable of solving the problem of the increase in exclusively possessed space or deterioration of a tube caused by arrangement of a syringe. <P>SOLUTION: In a paste coating unit 15 (the paste coating device) for coating an object to be coated with a paste 7 housed in the syringe 16, a constitution is adopted, in which a pump mechanism 18 for pumping the paste 7 by rotating an ejection screw part 32b provided in the lower part of a rotating member 32 around the axial line AZ within an ejection space 31b provided in a casing part 31 is formed, and an ejection port 17a communicating with the ejection space 31b is provide at the end part of the casing part 31, and the syringe 16 is arranged coaxially with the rotary member 32 to be freely attachably/detachably connected. Thereby, the problem of the increase in exclusively possessed space or deterioration of the tube occurring in the case where the syringe 16 and the pump mechanism 18 are juxtaposedly arranged, can be solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
