A combustion efficiency improver for use in combustion engines which comprises a combination of: (i) a modifier for a combustion engine fuel which is used in the state of being in contact with the fuel in the fuel tank for a combustion engine and which comprises a ceramic molding containing a radioactive substance; and (ii) a gas modifier for combustion engines which is used in the state of being attached to a place which is located on a line along which combustion air for the combustion engine passes and is in contact with the air, the gas modifier comprising a heat-resistant resin sheet containing a radioactive substance.
