<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new network system, or the like, that improves the profit of both a communication carrier and a provider of a content, without having to depend on a communication fee related to the content distribution. <P>SOLUTION: A fictitious point accumulated inside a fictitious point distribution server device VP corresponding to a content distributed from the fictitious point distribution server device VP in the past is diverted to the content distribution from an official site server device CP.
