<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion element having characteristics enhanced sharply by enhancing dispersibility of ceramic particles, thereby fully reducing thermal conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion element includes a step of producing composite particles by drying particulate matter obtained by dripping first solution containing a salt of an element composing a thermoelectric conversion material into second solution containing a reducing agent and ceramic particles and conditioned to have pH10-14, and a step of obtaining a thermoelectric conversion element by sintering the composite particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
