<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a FDP manufacturing method appropriately repairing a defective part of barrier ribs. <P>SOLUTION: A material of a deformation temperature of 600°C or higher is employed as a repairing member 150 repairing the defective part 110A of the barrier rib 110 on a back substrate 103. Since the deformation temperature of the repairing member 150 is set higher than 500-600°C of a general repairing temperature, generation of shrinkage stress on the repairing member 150 is prevented when baking the repairing member 150.
