PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel for efficiently conducting heat to a temperature conditioning member by flexibly deforming a reaction chamber along the shape of the temperature conditioning member when the reaction chamber which houses a reaction sample comes into contact with the temperature conditioning member and for accelerating the reaction of the reaction sample. SOLUTION: The reaction vessel includes a platelike member 10, a film member 20 and an upper lid member 30. A plurality of openings 11 are formed to the plate like member 10 so as to pierce through the same. The film member 20 includes a planar part 21 and the bag bodies 22 connected to the planar part 21. The bag bodies 22 are positioned in the openings 11 and the parts connected to the planar part 21 of them become insertion holes 22A. The upper lid member 30 hermetically closes the insertion holes 22A of the bag bodies 22 placed on the planar part 21. The film member 20 is constituted of a flexible material so that the bag bodies 22 are deformed along the shape of the temperature conditioning member 40 when the bog bodies 22 come into contact with the temperature conditioning member 40.
