PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film treatment line for a wire coil capable of performing the phosphoric film treatment of the wire coil in one line, and also performing the non-phosphoric film treatment. SOLUTION: In the film treatment line for performing the surface film treatment of a wire coil 2 with a wire wound around in a coil shape, a scale removing device 3 for removing scales on the wire coil 2 is arranged on the carry-in side for carrying in the wire coil 2, and a phosphoric film treatment device 5 for performing the film treatment of the wire coil 2 with a phosphoric film agent containing phosphor is arranged on the carry-out side for carrying out the wire coil 2 subjected to the film treatment. A non-phosphoric film treatment device 4 for performing the film treatment with the non-phosphoric film agent containing no phosphor to the wire coil 2 with its scales removed by the scale removing device 3 is arranged between the scale removing device 3 and the phosphoric film treatment device 5.
