PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial-ply tire capable of further improving steering stability while maintaining high riding comfort and durability. SOLUTION: This pneumatic radial-ply tire is equipped with a wing part. The wing part is formed of a rubber composition for a wing containing a rubber component and 2 pts.mass or more and 20 pts.mass or less of a fiber-like filler with respect to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component. In the wing part, a ratio E*a/E*b between a complex modulus E*a in the tire circumferential direction measured at 70°C, a frequency of 10 Hz, and±2% dynamic strain and a complex modulus E*b in the tire radial direction is set to 1.5 or more.
