PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overall WIMAX network with improved performances, and a solution for improving WIMAX network performances in the future. SOLUTION: The Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WIMAX) network comprises at least one base station and at least one terminal. The at least one base station, to send a signal to the at least one terminal, is able to split the signal into a plurality of WIMAX signals and send simultaneously the WIMAX signals through a plurality of channels with different frequency frames and wherein the at least one terminal is able to receive and process simultaneously the plurality of WIMAX signals.
