METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF PHASE OF IMMUNE DISTRESS-SYNDROME

Method for diagnostics of immyune distress-syndrome includes blood sampling and its investigation. One determines activity of neutrophil granulocytes in test of restoration of nitro-blue tetrasol (NBT-test) with calculation of ratio of monocytes/lymphocytes in smears of venus blood. At increase of values of NBT test over 15 % and ratio monocytes/lymphocytes over 0.5 one diagnoses immunotoxicosis. At decrease of NBT test lower than 15 % and ratio monocytes/lymphocytes lover than 0.5 one diagnoses immunoparalysis.
