<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve content recommendation on which the change of interests of a user is reflected to prevent the user from feeling any weariness, or content recommendation for preventing original tastes of the user from being overlooked. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing system is configured to determine a recommendation content by a plurality of strategies each of which is planned on the basis of a relationship with short term interests, long term preference, and the knowledge of a user. For example, in the example of a figure 3, the recommendation processing of a strategy (A) is executed as the processing of a step S23A, and the recommendation processing of a strategy (B) is executed as the processing of a step S23B, and the recommendation processing of the strategy (C) is executed as the processing of the step S23C.
