摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron monitoring system for a nuclear power plant provided with a common mode filter applicable to an existing measurement system having multiple detectors and a measurement system of two-point grounding. SOLUTION: An input connector 42 and an output connector 43 are attached to a common mode filter vessel 41. A signal from the input connector 42 is guided to the inside of the vessel 41 through pair wires 11c and 11d, which are wound around a core wire 44 and connected to the output connector 43. The vessel 41 is conductive, and the shield side of the input connector 42 is electrically connected to the vessel 41. The shield side of the output connector 43 is electrically insulated from the vessel 41 through an insulating plate 45. The output connector 43 is connected to an LPRM amplifier 3 through a coaxial cable comprising a core wire 11e and a shield wire 11f. The input-side shield wire 11d is surrounded by the vessel 41, and the vessel 41 is connected to an input-side shield wire 11b. Thereby, the core wire 11a is shielded by the shield.
