摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control device for controlling the amount of fluid to be discharged from a fluid storage container by automatically operating the on-off valve of the fluid storage container without the need for an operator to directly operate the on-off valve. SOLUTION: The flow control device 100 is provided for controlling the amount of fluid to be discharged from the fluid storage container with the on-off valve. The device comprises: a rotation actuator 60; a rotating angle detecting unit 70 for generating a signal corresponding to the rotating angle of the rotating shaft of the rotation actuator 60; a valve opening/closing arm 10 to be rotated with its shaft joined to the rotating shaft of the rotation actuator 60 and separably joined to the on-off valve knob of the on-off valve of the fluid storage container; and a control unit for receiving a sensing signal showing the amount of the fluid remaining in the fluid storage container to calculate a reference rotating angle, for inputting the signal from the rotating angle detecting unit 70 to detect an actual rotating angle, and for driving the rotation actuator 60 to correct an error between the reference rotating angle and the actual rotating angle.
