Provided is a means to deliver viable microbes to the intestinal tract by a simple method without genetically engineering the microbe. For this purpose, a complex (aggregate) of a microbe such as lactobacillus, a polysaccharide and a fusion peptide, wherein a peptide that has the ability to bind to the surface of the above microbe and a peptide that has the ability to bind to the above polysaccharide have been linked, for example, a fusion protein of the peptidoglycan-binding domain of peptidoglycan hydrolase and the starch-binding domain of amylase, is formed.
