A METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING THE NHR REFERENCE VALUE

A method for adjusting the NHR reference value is used to determine the average number of HARQ retransmission (NHR) reference value in the service quality control. The method includes: comparing the average load of the cell with the preset load threshold; adjusting the current NHR reference value according to the compared result. A system for adjusting the NHR reference value includes: a base station (BS) and an adjusting entity. And an apparatus for adjusting NHR reference value is also provided, the NHR reference value can be adjusted dynamically by applying the invention.
