#CMT# #/CMT# The method for brewing beer, comprises producing a wort from mashing, subsequently subjecting the wort to a temperature treatment, separating hot trub from the treated wort and then obtaining the beer from the wort by a fermentation. During the brewing process, an aqueous liquid is separately transferred with hops product and is heated in a closed container for an isomerization of the bitter material. The treated liquid is subsequently supplied to the wort. A flushing is carried out with a further partial flow of the wort after supplying the treated liquid to the wort. The liquid in the closed container is partially transferred in its vaporous condition. The container is opened after heating under pressure reduction and the remaining liquid is guided in the wort. The hops product such as hops extract is added to the liquid with few solid matters and the treated liquid is supplied to the wort before the hot trub separation.
