The method involves performing the evaporation process of a liquid in an evaporation unit (8). The condensation process of liquid in the region above the evaporation unit, is performed. A separator (1) is arranged above the evaporation unit, for separating the liquid from the air-water vapor mixture (9). The separated liquid is collected in a collector (2). The potential energy is converted into useful energy. The evaporation unit connected with the separator, is limited at a liquid-vapor impermeable space. An independent claim is included for waste heat power plant, evaporation power plant and condensate power plant.
