PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable to-and-fro type compression and decompression device and oxygen concentrator. SOLUTION: The to-and-fro type compression and decompression device comprises a cylinder 37, a piston 38 capable of moving to-and-fro inside the cylinder 37, and a top and bottom dead point adjustable means 37E to move the cylinder 37 and relatively change top and bottom dead points of the piston 38 to the cylinder 37.
