<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit capable of reducing a loss and noise and improving a drive capability without connecting a serial circuit of a capacitor and a resistor to a gate of a power device. <P>SOLUTION: A driver circuit comprises a slope setting circuit 13 for setting a gate voltage waveform of an IGBT 43, an output voltage V<SP>*</SP>of the slope setting circuit 13 is input to a non-inverted input terminal of an operational amplifier 14, and a voltage Vgsf divided by resistors 15, 16 is input to an inverted input terminal of the operational amplifier 14. An output voltage Vout in proportion to a deviation between the output voltage V<SP>*</SP>of the slope setting circuit 13 and the divided voltage Vgsf divided by the resistors 15, 16 is output from the operational amplifier 14 and input to a gate terminal of the IGBT 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
