PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographed image recording device capable of avoiding defective photographing recording of a human figure image in blinking or a non-sharp image wherein blurring occurs. SOLUTION: When a predetermined mark matches both eyes of a face image, operation of a both-eye matching switch is stopped. When a shutter switch is operated thereafter, processing in step S8 is carried out, and a photographed image (current image) fetched into an image RAM this time is compared with photographed images (past images 1, 2, ..., (n)) fetched into the image RAM sequentially five by five per second, for example. An image wherein the current image and the past images are not changed for a setting time (the time required for blinking) or longer, is recorded in a registration RAM, thereafter, is displayed as a subject image without blinking (step S9).
