A burning apparatus for fluorescent lamp is provided to reduce the heat loss and accurately set up the processing temperature by minimizing the distant space between an upper heater and a lower heater. The burning apparatus of the fluorescent lamp comprises a lower heater(210), an upper heater(220), a quartz tube(C), a roller part(230) and a horizontal movement means. The lower heater is positioned in the lower part of the upper heater. The quartz tube is positioned between the upper heater and the lower heater. The roller part rotates while supporting the quartz tube. The upper heater horizontally is moved to the horizontal movement means. The loading unit for loading bulb can be installed inside the quartz tube.
