<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery system of unnecessary components capable of also reducing a running cost, while making a capacity of a recovery section small. <P>SOLUTION: The recovery system of the unnecessary components is equipped with: a components recovery section 2 with a suction aperture 1 sucking unnecessary components P; a components storing container 4 with an opening part 3 to an upper part; a first duct 5 with an inner diameter which extends from the components recovery section 2 and can pass components; a second duct 9 with a components storing container applied part 8 mounting the opening part 3 of the components storing container 4 at a lower end thereof, while being connected with a duct 7 connected to a vacuum source 6 at an upper end thereof; a valve 10 which opens and closes the duct 7 connected to the vacuum source 6; and a controller 11 which controls an opening and a closing of the valve 10, wherein the first duct 5 is connected to a position which is a lower part than a filter section 12 and an upper part than the components storing container applied part 8, while providing the filter section 12 which doesn't pass any components P through the second duct 9 but can perform a ventilation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
