PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular wheel and a wheel cap enabling removal of a surface stain efficiently by photocatalyst processing. SOLUTION: A photocatalytic coat layer 12C is provided on a surface of a wheel 12, and wind 4 generated by a fan 14 onto the photocatalytic coat layer 12C is forcibly blown. In particular, when the wind 4 containing water 2 such as rain is blown onto the photocatalytic coat layer 12C, brake dust deposited on the surface of the wheel 12 is raised from the surface by the hydrophilic effect and the oxidizing effect of the photocatalyst, and decomposed and removed. The stain such as brake dust deposited on the photocatalytic coat layer 12C is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water with water and ultraviolet ray, and the wheel 12 has the self-cleaning effect of removing the surface stain by itself. Further, titanium dioxide has the super-hydrophilic effect, and water easily enters between the photocatalytic coat layer 12C and brake dust.
