PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating machine which can keep a bobbin in an accurate position by increasing the fixing tenacity of the bobbin set to a stator core. SOLUTION: The thin plate 80x of a stator tooth 80 is provided with two projections 83 each on both its sides. The four projections 83 are pointed projections 83a the thickness of each of whose tips is thin thereby being pointed, and four rows of projections 83 are provided by stacking the thin plates 80x, and also ruggedness by the pointed projections 83a is formed in all four rows. Since all the pointed projections 83a in the four rows bite in a bobbin 81, the fixing tenacity of the bobbin 81 set to the stator core 21 increases in its radial direction, stacking direction and rotating direction, and the position of the bobbin 81 set in an accurate position can be kept. This way, since the setup accuracy of a terminal 82 for the bobbin increases, a bus bar for current application to a coil and the terminal 82 for the bobbin accord with each other by merely accommodating the stator core 21 in a rear housing, and high assemblability can be obtained.
