PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic dispenser capable of providing information which shows goods in which a customer is interested. SOLUTION: The automatic dispenser includes a goods sample showcase, a camera having an infrared ray lighting for photographing the customer and an infrared ray illumination for lighting the customer from a position apart from an optical axis of the camera. The automatic dispenser detects the pupils of the customer photographed by the camera (S2), narrows down a search range (S3), then, detects a face (S4), cuts out the face image (S6) and recognizes the class of the customer in accordance with the face image (S7). Further, the automatic dispenser detects the line of vision (S8), specifies the visual point of the customer on a front surface of the automatic dispenser in accordance with the line of vision (S9), specifies marked goods and order thereof in accordance with the visual point (S10), measures the marking time period (S11) and determines whether or not the customer buys the goods (S14). Then, the automatic dispenser records the marked goods, the marking order, the marking time period, the purchaser/non-purchaser and the class of the customer in association with each other (S21).
