PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent locking of a spool valve by effectively cutting and crushing contamination caught in a space between land parts and hole edges of ports by the spool valve. SOLUTION: A solenoid control valve is provided with two electromagnetic driving parts 37 and 37' disposed on both ends of a valve body 36; the spool valve 38 selectively opening and closing a supply port 36a, first and second output ports 36b and 36c and a drain port 36d, and switching a flow passage; and a coil spring 52 for energizing the spool valve to a neutral position. When returning the spool valve moved to one side to the neutral position, one electromagnetic coil 40' is turned off, and an on-signal is output to the other electromagnetic coil 40 temporarily, and thereby, the spool valve is moved by strong combined force of spring force of the coil spring and thrust of the other solenoid coil 40, and the contamination is cut and crushed.
