PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having cell cycle inhibitory activity. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (I): where R1is ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl or the like; R2is methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, fluoromethyl, difluoromethyl or the like; R3is hydrogen or halo; R4is hydrogen, ethynyl, halo, nitro, cyano, hydroxy, amino or the like; ring A is a nitrogen-linked saturated 4-7-membered ring optionally containing an additional nitrogen, oxygen or sulfur atom, or the like; and R5is a substituted group on carbon which is halo, nitro, cyano, hydroxy, amino or the like, and n is 0-2, wherein R5s may be the same or different.
