A method and a device for manufacturing a heating yarn are provided to obtain the heating yarn with high quality by uniformly distributing the heat by a uniform resistance value. A device for manufacturing a heating yarn using a carbon coating solution includes a yarn supply part(10), a carbon coating part(20), a chain driving part(30), a tunnel type drying furnace(40), and a yarn winding part(50). The yarn supply part is comprised of a plurality of yarn bobbins(11) wound with the yarn, a plurality of rotation reels(13) guiding the yarn unwound around the yarn bobbin and a Y-shaped guide(14). First to third impregnation baths are formed in the lower part of the carbon coating part. First to third camber baths with a circulation duct(24) are formed in the upper part of the carbon coating part. A plurality of guide rollers(28) are formed in the inner sidewall and the outside of the carbon coating part to guide the yarn to the first to third chamber bath. The chain driving part dries and moves the carbon coated yarn by connecting a plurality of chain gears(31) and a chain driving motor(33) with a chain. The tunnel type drying furnace has a heat transfer path, a circulation path, and a plurality of guide rollers. The yarn winding unit is comprised of a plurality of winding bobbin(53) and a winding motor rotating the winding bobbin. |
