<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, while conventionally a transaction is advanced while pressing the buttons of ten keys according to guidance using a handset with ten keys when a visually handicapped person performs a transaction at an automatic teller machine, it is an operation applying the handset to an ear, the operation of the ten keys is inconvenient, there is the risk that an identification number is recognized by others since the identification number or the like is pressed by ten keys, and the transaction takes time and increases a waiting line since it is the transaction according to the guidance. <P>SOLUTION: In a PC installed in a house beforehand, responding by voice is performed according to the guidance broadcasted from the PC and the transaction other than cash processing is executed beforehand.
