Holding element (10) comprises a base element (14) with a passage and a fixing element (18) for fixing to a holding rod. The fixing element has an assembly part (22) and an adapter element. The fixing element has a sliding body (24), a fixing unit (26) and a locking unit (28). The assembly part can be slid onto and locked in the base element. The adapter element can be fixed in the passage over the assembly part. An independent claim is also included for a light and/or heat radiator system with the above holding element.
