<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container formation device and a container formation method of a lead-acid battery having high productivity, high safety, low price, and high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of lead-acid batteries are charged while circulating a low specific gravity electrolyte, and then charged while circulating a high specific gravity electrolyte for conducting formation. The electrolyte is supplied to each lead-acid battery through an electrolyte supply line 14 and an electrolyte supply pipe 33, and the electrolyte is exhausted through an electrolyte exhaust pipe 34 and an electrolyte exhaust line 17. A bypass pipe 38 is installed between the electrolyte supply pipe 33 and the electrolyte exhaust pipe 34. The bypass pipe 38 is installed on the upper side of the electrolyte supply pipe 33. An electrolyte buffer tank 31 is installed between the electrolyte supply line 14 and the electrolyte supply pipe 33, and an electrolyte exhaust buffer tank 32 is installed between the electrolyte exhaust pipe 34 and the electrolyte exhaust line 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
