<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, an information processing method and a program, enabling effective use of an extracted vein pattern. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing apparatus includes an imaging part which irradiates a light on a part of a living body, at prescribed time intervals to image a vein inside the biologic body, and generates imaging data of the vein; a vein pattern extraction part extracting the vein pattern from the imaged data of the vein; a temporal change detection part section which detects a time change in the vein pattern; a blood flow volume calculating part which calculates a blood flow volume of blood flowing through the vein based on the temporal change of the vein pattern; and a processing part performing prescribed processing based on a temporal change of the blood flow rate and a time change of the vein pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
