<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and speedily specify a target point. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal 3 includes a sensor unit 34 which detects a vector indicating a direction that the terminal faces, a display unit 32 which displays an area cursor image on a screen 31 of the terminal 3, an operation unit 35 which detects a point specified on the screen 31, and a communication unit 33 which reports the specified point to a display device 2. The display device 2 includes a sensor unit 213 which detects a distance (d) to the terminal 3 and a vector (e) indicating a direction to the terminal 3, a calculation unit 215 which finds coordinates Ct of the terminal 3 from the distance (d) and the vector (e), and calculates coordinates Ca and Ca' of a point of intersection from the coordinates Ct, a display unit 212 which displays an area cursor 211A at the point of the calculated coordinates, and a communication unit 214 which transmits an area cursor image including the calculated point to the terminal 3.
