Compact water reservoir has dam on river and tributary of that river. In flood-lands of the tributary water level is same to that of water reservoir and it exceeds natural water level in the tributary. In lower part of tributary dam is arranged, this separates tributary from river. For passage of tributary flow pipeline is used, its lower end is placed in direction of river flow down by the dam that forms water reservoir. |
